Learn to acknowledge negative emotions

As I grow older, I’ve learned how to acknowledged negative emotions. I have learned how to embrace it for a moment and to allow it to destroy me for a short period of time. But it doesn’t mean i will welcome it as a part of me. Makakatulong lang ito sa pag lago ko kasi kahit paminsan- minsan pinapaalala lang nito na hindi ako perpekto.
Sometimes we feel bad for ourselves kapag nakakaramdam tayo ng lungkot or pwedeng galit that we consider as negative emotions.
But the truth is, those negative emotions are part of being a human.
Kaya kung galit, edi magalit. Pero ‘wag magkakasala.
Kung malungkot, edi malungkot. Pero ‘wag patagalin.
Ang point ko lang e, bigyan natin ng chance ang sarili natin para maging tao. Yun bang hindi nagtatago.
Kasi alam naman natin na di talaga tayo palaging ok. Pero kaya natin itong dayain. Kaya please, ‘wag na. Don’t hide. Stop pretending.
And let us all be reminded that there someone who is greater than us that we can talk to because He is always listening at knowing na excited siya palaging marinig ang kwento natin. At isa pa, di ka/ tayo makakapagtago sa kanya. Matalino kaya ang Diyos.
