The Weight of Waiting

Waiting… it seems endless at times.

Waiting will always be a part of our lives, especially when it comes to love.

We feel the weight of waiting is so unbearable.
We think we can not wait even for a second.
We feel we are losing so much time,
others are almost finishing the race while
we are stuck in our place waiting for God to say, Go!

But waiting, when it is God who tells you to wait is always worth it.
His timetable is perfect.
The best thing to do while God allows us to be in the waiting room
is to TRUST His process.

Usually, we do not want to be in that waiting room.
We feel like our name would never be called, it is a waste of time.

But when God allows things to happen,
like allowing us to be in the season of waiting, for sure
He has a great things in mind.

Romans 8:28 says, "And we know that in all things
God works for the good of those who love him,
who have been called according to his purpose."

Waiting is weighty.

But friend, it is one the best seasons of life.
It is how we perceive its purpose.
Waiting is not a punishment.
It is a great season to develop or discover more of ourselves.
It is a great chance to show God how we fully rely on Him
as we trust the process.

It is the best time to be the best version of ourselves.

Ultimately, waiting is the best test of faith.
We wait because we know God has great plans ahead
for a great future. (Jeremiah 29:11)
We wait because we know God knows what is best for us
and He will lead us towards our God's Best. (Isaiah 48:17)

Enjoy being in God's waiting room... :)
