To the Anxious.
I’m writing this for you.
I know you, you are this vibrant soul and everyone knows you are this happy person. You are always the encourager, yet right now you wanted to be encouraged.
How are you love?
Perhaps, you are this person who’s battling this alone every night. I see you crying selflessly and silently in your room. Love, just be honest. It’s okay not to be okay. Brave heart, this too shall pass.
If you are looking for someone who can understand you the most, just look back at the cross. Look to Jesus. He experienced high level of anxiety before He was crucified, He felt your sorrow. He even asked God, “Lord, why have you forsaken me?” But He still prayed eagerly and recognized that God is still sovereign above all.
When the pain goes higher, pray deeper. Prayer is the most powerful tool to fight anxiety.
“There may be sorrow in the night, but joy comes in the morning.” Psalm 30:5
