We let go not of our own will, never of our own will, for we let go because we have no other choice.
We have no choice but to take baby steps with our fragile feet and jiggling state. We need to move forward even if we don’t want to, even if we think we can’t for we have no choice.
But when we let go, we let God.
The grief of losing someone you have planned your life with is incomparable. But, what’s holding us back isn’t actually what has happened, but that of what will never will. Worse is the envisioned life that will never materialize.
But, thank God for what has happened and what will never will, for God’s rejection is His redirection. Every disappointment is an appointment in disguise.
Pray to God not to be with the person you want to be with. Instead, if you really aren’t for each other despite your unquestionable love for them, pray to God to do all things to keep them away from you.
“Kung hindi po kami ang para sa isa’t-isa, gawin Niyo po ang lahat para mailayo ako sa kaniya.”
Trust no one but Him and His plans. Be grateful of the pain and agony you are settling with right now. Remember that the hardest battles are given to His strongest warriors.
Sometimes knowing the wrong person is a pre-requisite of knowing the right one. We wouldn’t know who we are destined with if we didn’t know who we are not destined with.
Blessing are those lessons we learned the hard way, The thing is, we learned the hard way, but we learned.
So let go and let God.
Cause when we let go, it’s never of our will, but His will.
