God uses broken things. It takes broken soil to produce a crop, broken clouds to give rain, broken grain to give bread, and broken bread to give strength. – Vance Havner
I have no idea how difficult it is for you, but I admire you for having the courage to tell your experience when the agony is still present. Your courage in leaving that chapter in your story even when it crushes your heart astounds me. I’m pleased that you finally decided to choose yourself after letting your emotions out. And you know, the things you learn become lessons for me as well and maybe for others too. I don’t know whether I would be as good as you if I had gone through everything.
I hope those things and the people who hurt you won’t turn you into a person you are not. Stay gentle to yourself and unto others. You are loved even if someone leaves; there is still light even in the darkest night. And you are also worthy of the love you are so willing to give to others. Your pain is meant for nothing if You allow Him to restore you. God can still use your brokenness and restore you to the person He wants you to be.
Perhaps your heartbreaks and painful stories are His way to call you and lead you to the genuine love that you only need. The beauty of love- God’s love. The love that is dependable, incredible, undeniable, and unforgettable. The love that is true and can stand the test of time.
This love can satisfy the emptiness you feel inside. This love can heal your deepest hurts. This love can hear your silent cries. This love can see your scars and bruises. God is so loving that He sent His Son to die for our sins. His name is Jesus, maybe you always hear him but don’t give him much attention. Perhaps, He needed to use your heartbreaks so He can lead you back to His unfailing love. His love calls you worthy. He never asks for something in return. He wants you to experience true healing from the brokenness in this world. And all you need to do is to admit that you are in dire need of Him, you need Him in your life, you need His love and once you give your brokenness and ask His forgiveness, He will save you no matter how deep the pain and suffering you have if you put your faith in Him.
I hope you will know him personally and you’ll start a relationship with HIM first. I assure you that He will give you peace that surpasses understanding and love you can’t even fathom. His love is so amazing, he gives unlimited joy and assurance. You will discover your identity in Him and you will discover you have a purpose, your stories can also inspire people just like what you did to me. You are valuable and worthy of the kind love that you ought to have. Your heart is one of a kind because you give love even to the undeserving just like what Jesus did to us.
But right now, I pray that you continue to heal from what you’ve experienced. I hope you prioritize your heart over someone else’s eyes. I hope you give the same love to yourself that you are so willing to give to others. I hope you realize that you’re still beautiful even if someone leaves. You are more than just beautiful in the way you tuck up your courage while in the process of healing.
Look around and you will see that there are people who constantly love you for who you are. Your brokenness is meant for nothing if you give it to God and allow Him to restore you.
