Virtual “Babe”

UNOFFICIALLY YOURS. LANDI NOW, LABEL LATER. NO TOUCH KASI PURO CHAT.

When I was in High School, my brother’s classmate had a ‘crush’ on me. So ako, keme lang kasi younger age sakin. 🙂

Honestly I had no idea what path he took. Pero ako? Nagkaroon ng sariling pamilya. Nabyuda, 2 years ago and now a single mom of three beautiful and amazing kids.

Just to get us by, I am reselling goods. I do online selling din. And one day, as I was scrolling up and down on my phone, and to my surprise I saw his Facebook account. I added him and I started the conversation with, “Hi! Kmsta kna? Tanda mo pa ba ako?” And he responded immediately with, “Oo naman” with heart and smile emoji pa!!

The “kamustahan” session goes on, exchanging stories, and “puyatan” nights. Day and night messenger life ang peg bes! We had sharing of thoughts and advices, encouragements. I didn’t expect that our “hellos” would turn into “I love yous”. Parang nasa 70% lang yung binigay ko ’cause I have trust issues.

Being confused, I asked him. ANO BA TAYO? MAY PUPUNTAHAN BA ITO O PAST TIME MO LANG? He confidently said, “Sa nararamdaman ko, M.U sa ngayon pero we’ll see baka mag level up”.

Naging 80% na score niya sakin. Shulandi din si Ate mo girl eh! Well, he showed that he cared. And even promised that someday he wanted to be part of my life and my kids’. At balang araw magkikita “daw” ulit kami in person to officially claim na dating kami or in a relationship.

My guts told me to check his. And there was this certain girl na laging naka comment, bida-bida, heart-heart sa posts nya. I confronted my “virtual babe”. Todo deny si Kuya mo! For security and evidence purposes, nag screen shots ako and I send all of those arte-arte chitchats nila.

No reply, no explanation, no anything. Nothing.

Di naman masakit teh! You know what’s the real “masakit”? And made yourself believe na mabuti siyang tao when in fact “show” lang pala.

Dahil brave and strong ako, in-unfriend ko! Binlock ko pa sa messenger! Ang saya diba? 🙂

The Lord spoke in my heart, habang tulala ako sa kisame, “YOUR LONGING AND EMPTINESS FROM YOUR HUSBAND’S LOSS WILL NEVER BE FILLED BY SOMEONE YOU CHOOSE BY SELF-WILL. YET, I WILL GIVE HIM TO YOU IN DUE TIME. BE IN LOVE WITH ME FIRST. ESTABLISH YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH ME AND YOUR CHILDREN FIRST.”

I am healed by this experience. Di ako galit kay “VIRTUAL BABE”. Thank you, next pa nga!

Personally, natuto na talaga akong wag maging marupok! 🙂

VIRTUAL BABE is still No Label thing. Unsured. Virtually in a Relationship. Virtual na yakap at halik. Pinagtagpo pero hindi nagkita!
