The Process

A HEARTBREAK happens when we believe, when we invest, when we go into something knowing we’re licked but we go anyway. A heartbreak happens when, after so much effort, after so much time, after putting so much of who you are into something you fall short. You fail.

Then comes PAIN. True pain is like when you look into the eyes of someone you love and then they look away. It’s that feeling when you know you deserve to have the gold yet they give it to someone else and it HURTS. Yes it hurts, badly, just like when you have that someone in your heart but you can’t have them in your arms.

HEARTBREAK and PAIN. They changed people. One of the changes is called FEAR. From here on you don’t wanna do it again. It’s like once you’ve been hurt you’re so scared to get attached again. It’s like that fear that every person you start to like is going to break your heart.

But then your world shouldn’t stop. You have to LET GO. You need to MOVE ON. And to be able to move on you must get over the past. You first have to accept that the past is over. No matter how many times you revisit it, analyze it, regret it, or sweat it…it’s over.

Look ahead. Never look back. Now what do you see? There is HOPE. Yes, hope sometimes that’s all you have when you have nothing else. If you have it, you have everything.
You just have to endure the pain for now but remember HOPE–Hold On, Pain Ends.

Heartbreak makes you wiser.
Pain makes you stronger.
Fear makes you braver.
Hope you’ll be better.

Trust the process.
