Being Comfortable Vs. Being In Love

We feel happy when someone remembers us. We feel special when someone gives us attention. But the question is are they just comfortable or there’s more than that?

There could be a reason why people like to talk to you. You could be someone who is willing to lend your ear to the problems of others. Someone who gives help when they’re in trouble. Someone who spends so much time just to check if they are okay. Someone you share with the same interest that makes you smile. Once you felt that, you developing some feelings toward that person. You thought that it is already “love”. Yes, it could be but not the way you think. People open up to you because you are trustworthy. They are comfortable talking anything about themselves because they know you will not judge them. There’s nothing special with that because in the first place you’re friends. We tend to make assumptions without asking. It’s better to know your place than to expect. Expectation leads to disappointment. Don’t assume unless otherwise stated. Know your worth. If you are not with the same path, clear it with them.
