We all know that timing is everything, pero bakit nga ba palaging wrong timing? Maybe atat tayo or may hinahabol tayong “deadline” or “quota” sa buhay or somewhat may pinangungunahan tayo.
Paano ba masasabing wrong timing. Naalala ko, ang sabi sa akin ng kaibigan ko (na inibig ko o sininta ko), nung naglaydown ako sa kanya last year, “…naaappreciate ko ung pagla-laydown mo pero it’s a bit too late…” Paano ba talaga? Wrong timing is either too early or too late ung timing. Paano mo naman malalaman na it’s time na? Or kung right timing?
Thinking about wrong or right timing is a sign na nag-iintay ka, or may iniintay ka. According to Ecclesiastes 3:1, ” There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under heavens..” We are on a different season of our life.
Wrong timing is a sign na nadidiskaril tayo sa waiting journey natin. We tend to blame everyone for that “wrong timing”. But, do we think that we are also accountable for that so-called wrong timing?
How can we get the right timing? Only God knows when He will fulfill His promise to us. Remember, Abraman receive his promise 25 years after. Pero sa totoo lang, nainip din sila, nabiktima din sila ng wrong timing (ung affair nya ka Hagar), pero God put him back on track. We should remember that realizing na wrong timing means God is actually putting us back on track in our season of waiting. There are times na masakit, sagad sa buto at halos bumitaw na tayo, pero that’s how God act – He acts on the way tailor fit to us, kilala Nya tayo mag-isip at alam Nya ung desire ng heart natin. Pero, on our season of waiting, God is making some calibration or pruning on our heart para pag dumating na ung time na ibibigay na Nya ung promise Nya, we are ready to receive it. All He wants from us is to have faith in Him and our full trust. He knows what He’s doing, wag kang ano…
Sabi nga, timing is everything. Kaya huwag kang masyadong magdamdam kung palaging wrong timing, darating ding ung panahon at pagkakataon mo. Normal lang magdamdam kasi kasama sa buhay yan, you are expectant kasi. Later on, you will thank God on why He allowed you to experience those side trips, those nauldlot na ewan, ung feeling na wrong timing, etc. Enjoy your season of waiting, maximize it. Kung naatat ka at nadiskaril, it’s not too late, balik ka lang kay God. Take heart, have faith. =)
