sometimes, most of the times i do not know where i am
whose emotions i am feeling now
when my chest is very, very tight as if a baby elephant starts to tickle my chest with its foot, i now know that my emotions are at peak

The Three keep telling me to always choose and use their Light, the Word of God, which serves as my lamp to my feet especially when everything is dark and chaotic.
