Maybe, just maybe it wasn’t ours to choose in the first place. It wasn’t ours to keep. It is ours to endure and then let go.
And maybe, just maybe…
It was a hard lesson to learn…
We need confusion to know what we really want in life.
We need to get hurt to know pain.
We need to get defeated to know how to stand strong.
We need to stop asking the what if’s
and maybe, just maybe we need to start asking…
