Hey you..

I know that a lot is going on right now and you feel like you no longer know your place in this world
You’ve reached the end of the road and on the edge of giving up just to be free from pain and worries
You laugh and try to live but monsters of the past continue to haunt you
You fight them with all your might but it seems like defeat sticks with you

You want to start all over again but you don’t know how
You want to bring your old self back- the one that’s full of life and love but a voice inside your head says there’s no hope
You want to shout “I JUST WANT FREEDOM- FREEDOM FROM MY PAST, FROM ALL THE HURT AND HEARTACHES! I WANT TO LIVE AGAIN!” with every fibre of your being

Things may not be going your way, you’re full of doubts and fears
Some days you can’t see the sun and your eyes are clouded with tears
But don’t die inside, don’t lose yourself in the process

You’re the sunshine after the storm
The beautiful butterfly that will fly up high after transformation
The diamond that will shine brightly, created under pressure
Better days are coming, it’s within your reach
