In engineering, it’s proven that structures with triangle foundation or trusses lasts longer. Triangle really is a powerful shape even outside the field of engineering as it can also represent destruction in terms of relationship — it is when a ‘third party’ comes into a relationship without giving first third and topmost side to God.

It just came into my vision this afternoon what a perfect relationship looks like and how it should be built for it to last. I admit that I’m an NBSB (No Boyfriend Since Birth) but I believe that my status or my season today helps me to grow and be mature first before entering in a relationship.

While you are busy reading this article, try mo rin makinig sa episode namin:

I experienced numerous heartbreaks which I plan to share on my next posts and worse left shattered to pieces. Despite the ‘predicted’ heartbreaks, I look forward on the positive side why the Lord allowed me to experience brokenness — for Him to fix me and turn me back to an empty vessel so He could fill me with His overflowing love to the point that I no longer look for someone to complete me because He already completed me.

Having a partner or being in a relationship is probably my biggest frustration during this season that it affected my value as a person and led me to a lot of unanswered “whys” — “Bakit niya ko inindian?” “Bakit hindi kami mutual?” “Bakit panget ba ako?” etc.

All of us have a threshold and I think I already reached mine of enduring every frustration and unmet expectation and yes, the Lord leads us to this point because “It’s often in the place of your greatest frustration that God will reveal His greatest glory” and that “God will frustrate your process to reorder your priorities” as taken from Ps. Steven Furtick’s preachings.

In order for the Lord to grant the desires of your heart, seek him first and be closer to him (Mat 6:33) dahil mas maririnig niya ang sigaw ng puso mo ‘pag malapit ka sa Kanya (He can hear your voice much clearer, if you’re closer to Him). During the process, you will realize that He is transforming you to become the right person to the right person He destined for you dahil hindi mo kailangan hanapin ang tamang tao para sa’yo dapat ikaw ang tama para sa tamang taong inilaan para sa’yo (because you don’t need to look for the right person, be FIRST the right person for the person He destined for you) — the term “destined” is in the past because God’s plan for our lives is already accomplished.

After the Lord gives you the right person, build a stronger relationship by putting Christ at the center of your relationship and allow this set-up to rule in our lives:

Triangle

To end this,  I hope this post won’t pressure my ‘Mr. Right’ and I am standing for my principle of dating to marry.
