God told us to to pursue holiness to pursue purity, righteousness, but he knew that it will be hard for us because we are living in our body, our earthly body that we are fighting over our own flesh, that’s why he gave Jesus Christ to us save from ourselves so that it will never be a tough fight for us, He who saved us through the cross, the one who rescued us to this body that lead us to death.
