I am no expert but as a simple person, I also experienced rejections that greatly impact my life today.

Rejection for me is an act of pushing something or someone away. May it be a rejection from someone you like, from school, work or other things or activity that can possibly reject you. Yeah, It is hard to be rejected and here’s some tips that might help you move on from a rejection.

While you are busy reading this article, try mo rin makinig sa episode namin:

1. Cry all the tears aways.

Some may say, “Don’t cry over a spilt milk” “Tapos na yun hayaan mo na” pero tao tayo, may feelings, nasasaktan. But if it hurts you and you want to cry, do it. If you think crying will lessen the pain then cry all your tears away. Walang masama sa pag-iyak pero know your limitation bes. Hindi pwedeng forever tayo iiyak, dahil may tip #2 pa that will guide you…

2. Make Yourself Busy

If you are a student, try to focus more on your studies at kung working girl/boy ka na then find something that will make you improve (baka mapromote kapa bes). At kung may leisure time ka, busy yourself with a new hobby. Hiking, it can give you peace of mind. Medyo mahirap sa umpisa pero by the time na nakaabot ka na sa top, doon mo na makikita naworth-it din naman yung paghihirap mo. If trip mo food, pwede kang magexplore sa mga trend cafes and resto around you (you can always check new places on your social media). Pwede kang maghanap ng recreational sports like bowling. If wala kang budget, you can do things such as journals, diary or simply making poems, watching movies and listening to a new genre of music aside from your prefered one. Kahit anong gawain mo na makakatulong sayo to not remember that you have been rejected. As time pass by, makikita mo nalang yung self mo na nageenjoy. At once na nangyari yun, you can step up to tip #3….

3. What is the opposite of Rejection?

ACCEPTANCE bes. Everyone of us has experience rejection. Kaya go!

And that is something that we need to unlearn. If gusto natin ang isang tao, bagay man o pangyayari wag tayo umasa sa isang paraan lang. Learn that sometimes baka rejected tayo kase kulang pa yung pinaramdam natin. And start to relearn na sa susunod na may gusto tayong maabot, magsimula tayo sa pag-iisip ng iba’t-ibang paraan na puwede mong gawin in order for you to claim what you wanted. Unlearn that stupid idea of simply giving up. Learn that if you desire for something, you should fight for it. And if hindi talaga para sayo, relearn the process. Relearn everything, baka kase sinasayang mo lang efforts mo. And if everything goes conplicated the effective alternative tip is tip #5

5. Learn to Wait

Rejection doesn’t mean na hindi talaga para sayo, minsan para sayo nga pero hindi pa right time na maging sayo. May ibang nauuna, may iba na late bloomers but always know that we all have our own time to shine. Just learn to wait because best things happen to those who wait patiently. Just be patient enough. That maybe in the right time there is that special someone that will come to our life, there are certain things that are meant to be ours and specific position that we are going to conquer and the only thing that we need to risk is our time. The only thing that we need to do is to wait for that perfect time.

So, handa kana bang harapin ang rejection?
