Most of the time we ask God to change the situation we are in but we don’t realize that He put us in this situation because He wants to change us.
We can only take so much and this whole news about pandemic crisis weighs a lot on our shoulders as we go along. Let’s reflect. If we constantly fill our hearts with doubts, anxiety, and worries… will there still be a place where God can put His peace and comfort if you are filled with these things? Think about it. Let go of worries and give it to God. He said to cast our anxieties away. Not some. Not little. But ALL OF THEM because His peace is not from this world.
“Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”
– Philippians 4:6-7

And I pray that when this is all over (and I claim in Jesus name that this will be soon) we will all look back on this season… the season when we felt His kindness despite the crisis, the season when He used this situation to seek the ends of the earth to look for His beloved lost sheep, this season that all nation as one, regardless of race, culture, and language kneeled and cried at the gates of heaven for deliverance, protection and healing.
The Living Lord Jesus Christ, The Almighty, The Great Healer, The Author of Life hears us. And as a matter of fact the only distance of His throne and us is a prayer away.
Earth has no sorrow that heaven can’t heal.
Seek Jesus and ask Him what is the purpose of this season in your life. What are the things He wants to reveal you. It may be a change of perspective? A deeper relationship with Him? A renewed faith? A personal relationship with Him?
Faith over fear. Jesus is with me, He is with you. He is with us.
