If there is one thing that we should learn from sunrise is that, we can always have a beautiful beginning every single day. Whatever happened yesterday, no matter how ugly it was, you always have the chance to get up and start anew the next day. So to you who is overthinking about the unfortunate events that has happened in the past, worry not my friend, you are not alone. I know it’s not easy to move on from it, but trust me you will.
New beginnings can be scary, but as they always say it is always the first step that is very difficult, keep in mind that in order for you to grow, change is definitely necessary and change is inevitable. One thing you can do to make it easier is to ACCEPT this change that is gonna happen. I’d like to share this to you, might now work for you, but it did for me, it helped me a lot. When you learn to accept the current situation, you let your self be aware of what is in the now, avoid thinking of what the outcome might be, just try to take that step bravely with head up high, and then all of a sudden you will realize that you are done with your first step to this whole new situation that you are in, next thing you know as you look back, you already have gone so far from opening that door to a whole new life.
To anyone out there who are going through transition or about to start something new in their lives may it be a new job, a new school year, or just starting over a new day after a rough one, do not be afraid. Be open to the changes that will occur in your life because this will help you grow and be better. Keep fighting!
